For brands
Campaign Policy
Last updated: April 28, 2026
This Campaign Policy explains what you can and cannot post as a brand on Reellu, how funding works, and how payouts and refunds are handled. It applies to every campaign you create. By posting a campaign, you agree to this Policy and the Reellu Terms.
1. Who can post a campaign
- You must be 18 or older and the rightful owner of the source content (or have permission from the owner to use it for promotion).
- You must control the Solana wallet that funds the campaign — Reellu cannot recover funds sent from a wallet you do not control.
- Sanctioned individuals, entities, or jurisdictions may not post campaigns on Reellu.
2. Allowed content
Reellu is built for streamers, creators, app launches, music releases, and crypto / web3 brands looking for clip-style growth. Eligible source content includes:
- Twitch, Kick, YouTube, X (Twitter), and similar streamer / creator content.
- Music tracks (with rights to distribute) and music videos.
- App or product trailers, sizzle reels, and feature demos.
- Educational content where you own or licence the source.
3. Disallowed content
Campaigns may not promote, request, or feature:
- Sexually explicit material, nudity, or sexual content of any kind.
- Anything involving minors in a sexualised, dangerous, or exploitative context.
- Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, name, or likeness without permission.
- Scams, phishing, fake giveaways, fake airdrops, fake celebrity endorsements, or pump-and-dump promotions.
- Unregistered securities offerings, MLM/pyramid recruitment, or financial advice presented without proper disclosure.
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content targeting protected groups.
- Drugs, weapons, gambling, or other content prohibited by the host social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Deceptive deepfakes or AI-generated content presented as real of identifiable people without consent.
We reserve the right to remove any campaign that violates this Policy and to ban repeat offenders. Funded vaults remain on-chain and refundable to the brand wallet, but the campaign's public listing will be taken down.
4. Funding & budgets
- Every campaign must be fully prefunded with USDC into its on-chain vault before it goes live. The vault is non-custodial and tied to your brand wallet.
- You set the rate per 1,000 verified views, the minimum and maximum payout per submission, and the budget cap. The budget cap is the maximum total USDC the campaign can pay out.
- You can top up a live campaign at any time by depositing more USDC into the same vault.
- You can close the campaign at any time. Unspent USDC is returned to your wallet on-chain. Submissions already approved or in review at the time of close will still be paid up to the vault's remaining balance.
Reellu does not custody your funds. The campaign vault is a Solana program-derived account. We cannot reverse a confirmed on-chain transaction, and we cannot withdraw your USDC for you. Always double-check the wallet address shown by Phantom before approving.
5. Pricing & payouts
- Payouts are calculated as
(verified views ÷ 1,000) × rate_per_1k, capped by the per-submission max and bounded below by the per-submission min. - Payouts are denominated in USDC on Solana (mint
EPjFW...Dt1v). - Reellu charges a 4% platform fee, taken only at the moment a clipper is paid out, never from deposits, top-ups, or refunds.
- You are responsible for paying out approved submissions promptly. Reellu may flag campaigns that consistently delay or refuse legitimate approved payouts.
6. Anti-bot review window
Every submission goes through a 7-day review window from the date it is submitted. During this window:
- Reellu and you (the brand) may inspect the clip's source, view trajectory, comments, and engagement.
- Submissions showing patterns consistent with view-botting, fake engagement, click farms, paid traffic, or AI-generated impressions may be rejected and the payout withheld.
- You may approve a submission early if you're confident it's legitimate.
- If you do not act within 7 days on a submission that meets your published rules, Reellu may auto-approve it and release payment.
7. Brand attribution & content rights
- By posting a campaign, you grant Reellu the right to display your campaign details (brand name, picture, content links, rules) on the public marketplace and in marketing materials.
- Clippers retain ownership of clips they create. By submitting, they grant you a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to repost, feature, and use the submitted clips for the duration of the campaign and for normal post-campaign marketing.
- If you require additional rights (full buyout, exclusivity), state that clearly in the campaign rules and pay accordingly.
8. Disclosures & FTC
Where required by law (e.g., the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's endorsement guidelines), clippers must disclose paid relationships using #ad, #sponsored, or the platform's built-in branded-content tag. Brands are encouraged to require disclosure as a condition of payout in their campaign rules. Reellu does not legally enforce disclosure on your behalf.
9. Removal & appeals
If we remove a campaign for policy violations:
- The on-chain vault remains under your control. You can call close on the campaign and reclaim unspent USDC.
- Submissions already approved before removal will be paid out.
- You can appeal via reellu.com/disputes. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be announced on the site. Campaigns posted before the change continue under the rules in effect at the time of posting, unless the change is required by law or a host social platform.
